What I Ordered
Two Scoop Ice Cream
$6.25
I tried one scoop of Wolf Tracks and one scoop of Campfire Delight. The wolf tracks flavor is chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups in it. It has a great peanut butter and chocolate flavor. The campfire flavor is a smores flavor though it almost tastes like coconut to me. It didn’t quite come across as smores but it was very tasty regardless. Both flavors were very creamy and a nice sweetness level.
Overall Food
The Howling Cow offers a wide selection of ice cream flavors made fresh from the NC State Dairy Farm. They also have many sundae options and milkshakes. The ice cream is very creamy fresh and light.
Service
The staff at the Howling Cow were very efficient but they weren’t friendly. They were quite busy when I visited.
