Green Ginger offers complimentary crunchy fried wontons with a sweet chili dipping sauce. The sauce is not spicy its is just sweet. Also, the wontons are great! They are very crispy and fresh.

Miso Soup
I really enjoyed the miso soup. It had the perfect amount of tofu and seaweed in it. Also, I thought it was very warm, light, and flavorful.
Philadelphia Roll
The Philadelphia roll is a sushi roll composed of smoked salmon, avocado, and cream cheese. It is a very creamy savory roll that is not very flavorful. It would ae benefited from a sauce like sriracha or spicy mayo.
Panang Chicken
The panang chicken is a Thai red curry with chicken, bell pepper, broccoli, onion, and squash. This is a coconut milk based Thai curry that is listed at spicy. However, I found it was not spicy at all. The flavor was very light and pleasant but not hot. Additionally, the serving size was huge! I think this would be a good curry dish for people who do not like spicy food.

Green Ginger has an extensive menu of sushi, Asian appetizers, curry, hibachi, and teriyaki. Overall, the food at Green Ginger was enjoyable with large servings, but it was bland. I enjoyed all of my food but I found it was all very mild and lacked some of the flavor that normally is found in the dishes I ordered. I think it would be a good Asian restaurant for people who prefer mild food.
Service
Green Ginger has a server that takes your order and brings drinks while a robot server brings out your food. The human service was rather slow. My server was very nice and warned me he was new to the job. Unfortunately, he hardly ever checked back and I had to get my own utensils at one point. They were not busy when I arrived but they got very busy as my visit progressed.
On the other hand, the robot brought out the food quite efficiently. Its name was Lucki and consisted of tiered tray cart with a tablet at the top which could talk. It would roll out to your table with your food on the trays and announce when it had arrive. Then when you had removed your food you touched a button on the tablet to tell it to return to the kitchen. The little robot server was fun and worked really well!

Green Ginger Asian Fusion in Peachtree City is a very large restaurant, similar in layout to a Chilli’s. I would guess they have about forty tables and another ten outside in the warmer months. Also, they have a full bar available in the front.

The customers were mostly couples on dates, families, and groups of coworkers.
Overall Atmosphere
The atmosphere at green ginger is comfortable but elevated. They have cloth napkins and simple elegant décor. The décor had an Asian flare with artwork and gongs displayed on the walls. There were a lot of booths that could provide privacy for dates. Overall, it was a classy atmosphere but it looked a but shabby up close. I think it would be a decent date night spot.

Green Ginger in Peachtree City, GA is in a good location. They have ample free parking and are positioned in a major shopping area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, Peachtree city is an upscale, safe area. Peachtree City is not far from Atlanta, GA.

I think Green Ginger Asian Fusion in Peachtree City is a very good value for your money. They have a classy atmosphere. Also, they have good quality food and large serving sizes at very reasonable prices. Particularly if you opt for the meal options you can build meals with several courses, choosing multiple items at discounted prices. It’s a very good deal for an elevated date night!
