The Boba Brown Sugar Milk Tea Paradise Drink is a huge bubble tea. It is a delicious combination of house milk tea, brown sugar boba, crystal pearl, rainbow jellies, with a brule. Then it is topped with whipped cream and a lotus cookie. This drink is very rich, creamy, and sweet. It has a deep caramelized sugar flavor from the brule. The different boba, jellies, and toppings add a lot of texture. This drink is definitely a dessert.
Strawberry Breadstick

The strawberry breadstick is found in the bakery window. It is a long strawberry sweet bread that is split like a hot dog bun and filled with cream, powdered sugar, and strawberries with a dusting of powdered sugar. The strawberry bread is so good. It is fresh, moist and light. The toppings are light and creamy. This item is very light and not overly sweet.
Mango Mousse Cake

The mango mousse cake is absolutely stunning, but what underwhelming to eat. This cake has layers of mango mousse, mango jelly, and vanilla sponge. The presentation was beautiful with well defined layers and the golden Brecotea decoration and butterfly on top. Unfortunately, I found the sponge was a bit dry and the dessert barely tasted like mango. It was a very light mango flavor. It was a pleasant dessert but it looked better than it tasted.
Overall Food
Overall, I enjoyed my food at Brecotea. They have a huge selection of bakery items, desserts, and specialty drinks. Of the items I ordered, I enjoyed my boba drink and bakery items more than the dessert item. This would be a great place to have a little treat or to order dessert for a celebration.
Service
The service experience at Brecotea is very limited. There are trays and tongs you can use to retrieve your own baked goods from the front cabinet. Then you order and drinks or desserts and pay at the counter with a cashier. The only staff were the cashier and barista who were nice and efficient. You pick up your drinks from the end of the counter.

Overall Atmosphere
Brecotea has a very interesting modern, minimalist design. The décor is bright and white with lots of windows, high ceilings, and plants. The huge glass bakery and dessert displays are really the focal point. IT is very clean and new. There is plenty of seating for customers to sit and enjoy their purchases but it is not very comfy so you don’t want to linger very long.

Brecotea in Midlothian, VA is located conveniently off of Midlothian Turnpike near Richmond, VA. It is relatively easy to access and offers plenty of parking. It is in the Chesterfield Town Center area surrounded by countless other shops and restaurants. Also, it is not a walkable area so driving is necessary.

Value for money
I think Brecotea is a good value for your money. Though the desserts and drinks are a little pricy they are pretty much on par with similar places. Plus, the quality is fantastic. Additionally, the bakery items are quite reasonably priced at only a few dollars.
