What I Ordered
Rose Tea w/ Lychee Jelly
$6.74
The rose tea with lychee jelly was a large serving size. It was served over ice and tasted vey fresh and fruity with floral notes. It was a bit too sweet for me but it felt like a fresh dessert drink. The light flavor of the lychee jelly complimented the rose favor well.

Food Name
$14.49
I ordered the small size chicken pho served with garnishes of bean sprouts, jalapeno, lime and thai basil. Unfortunately, the broth was not very good. It just tasted like basic chicken broth and did not have the depth of flavor you want in pho. Consequently, I had to use a lot of the sauces, such as siracha on the table to improve the flavor. Also, the rice noodles stuck together in a clump quite badly like they had been sitting pre-portioned for quite a while, so it took a lot of time to break up the noodles. Additionally, the chicken was horrendously dry and tasted somewhat old. Overall, I was not impressed by the pho.

Overall Food
Overall, I did not enjoy the food at Miss Saigon. I would not recommend their pho. Because, all of the components seemed old, cooked poorly, and lacked flavor. I did quite enjoy my rose tea though, so I would recommend stopping in to get a bubble tea.
Service
I thought the service at Miss Saigon was fantastic. The server was very friendly, lively, professional, and happy to give recommendations. Overall Atmosphere
Miss Saigon in Aberdeen is a large restaurant with a casual atmosphere. The tables are very widely spaced and it is completely open. Also, the décor is very sparse and somewhat random. Additionally, the lighting was uncomfortably bright and the furniture very hard, so it was not a place you would want to stay very long. Overall, it is extremely casual and generic, but functional.

Value for money
I do not think Miss Saigon is a good value for your money. The serving sizes are good and the pricing is fair. However, the food quality is quite poor. Additionally, the dining experience is quite underwhelming. One the other hand, I do think they are a fair value if you are getting bubble tea.
Overall
Overall, Miss Saigon in Aberdeen, MD was a pretty disappointing experience. Though the rose tea was pretty good the pho was poor quality. Additionally, the dining experience was very generic and uncomfortable. However, the service was quite good. All in all, I do not think I would recommend dining at Miss Sagon, but I would suggest getting bubble tea there to-go.
