What I Ordered
Bulgogi Benedict
$20
The bulgogi benedict is an eggs benedict with Korean beef, bulgogi, on top. It is served with a vinaigrette salad on the side. I though the bulgogi beef was delicious with great flavor. I do think a nice poached egg would have been better than sunny side up, though I understand the latter is more attractive for photos. Additionally, the vessel for the eggs benedict was an everything bagel which tasted nice but it was very dense and difficult to cut. Something lighter like a biscuit or a seasoned potato pancake may have paired better. Overall, the bulgogi benedict is a unique and tasty offering but few changes could take it to the next level.
Seasonal French Toast
$17
The seasonal French toast during my visit consisted of two slices of thick cut French toast with a berry coolie, cream sauce, fresh berries and white chocolate pearls. The presentation is stunning and colorful. I loved the berry coolie it was really sharp and flavorful. Also, the white chocolate pearls add a nice crunch. Overall, the seasonal French toast is delicious with a wonderful array of flavor and texture.
Strawberry Matcha Latte
$6
The strawberry matcha latte is a mug of matcha tea with some added strawberry flavor. The serving is not very large but has lovely latte art on top. It is warm and creamy with earthiness from the matcha and bright sweetness from the strawberry.

The flavor and texture combinations are well crafted and the presentation is lovely.

The atmosphere at Collins Quarter at Forsyth is very clean and modern with many plants. It is very simple hard furniture I whites and grays. The indoor seating has wall to wall windows so you get an indoor-outdoor feel whether you sit indoors or out. It looks like they want the restaurant to feel part of Forsyth Park. It is a casual spot to eat though church attire would work well.
