What I Ordered
Thai Tea
$3.75
The Thai Tea was Thai black tea with sweetener and half and Half. It was nicely creamy with decent flavor. However, it was served with a lot of ice so it watered down quickly.
Thai Steamed Dumplings
$6.50
The Thai steamed dumplings were filled with ground pork, chicken, and shiitake mushrooms. Consequently, they were very savory and pleasant. Also, each dumpling was jam packed with stuffing. The dipping sauce added a nice saltiness and extra depth of flavor.
Red Curry
$13.50
The red curry with chicken included bell peppers and bamboo shoots in a red coconut milk-based curry. The pieces of chicken were quite small but the curry was good. Also, it was served with a bowl of jasmine rice. I thought that the serving size was good and very filling. Additionally, they impressed me with their spice levels, if you order hot curry they will give it to you. Additionally, they bring out a carousel of sauces and peppers to the table that you can add if you want to add even more heat.
Overall Food
Overall, I greatly enjoyed my food at Thai Cuisine and Noodle house. They offer a lengthy menu of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. I thought the food was tasty and the servings sizes were good. I was also impressed that they really followed the spice levels you requested and brought the heat, which is a great quality in a Thai restaurant.
Service
The servers were very friendly and enthusiastic. They happily offered recommendations and checked bac at a good interval. My only complaint was that our table seemed to be split between two servers so it got a bit confusing, though they did not make any mistakes.
