What I Ordered
Pho Ga (Chicken Pho)
$12.25
The chicken pho consists of a large bowl of homemade pho broth with rice noodles, onions, green onions, and thin cuts of chicken. On the side there are several fresh garnishes: thai basil, jalapeno, bean sprouts, and limes. I think this pho is phenomenal. The real star of a good bowl of pho is the unique recipe of herb infused bone broth, pho broth. This pho was fantastic with a great depth of flavor and a wonderful comforting, wholesome quality. Additionally, the chicken was very good and tasted fresh and moist. Lastly, they have an entire lazy-susan of sauces including house made sauces that you can add to even add more flavor and spice to your meal!
Overall Food
Overall, the food was spectacular! I did here other customers recommending the Bahn Mi sandwiches as well. I did not love the smoothie drink, so I would probably get something else the next time or maybe an appetizer. I loved the assortment of sauces available and would highly recommend using them.
Service
The service at Pho 60 Cafe is highly efficient. I was sat, order taken, and food brought out very quickly. The servers were not very friendly but quite professional.

A wide variety of families, couple, and groups of friends eat there.
Overall Atmosphere
The atmosphere at Pho 60 Cafe is pretty calm and generic. The overall seating and décor are very simple generic dining furniture. The dining room is nicely spaced out with a lot of windows. However, the storefront does have its quirks. Looking at the building itself you can tell it must have been a steakhouse or BBQ place because there is remaining log cabin sections and even some BBQ décor. Moreover, they do have some Asian inspired décor around the front checkout area. Overall, it is a no-frills dining experience with the focus on the food.
Location
Pho 60 Cafe is in a decent location. It is right off Midlothian Turnpike and accessible from every direction, so it is very easy to get to. There is also plenty of parking available. One the other hand, it is only near gas stations and auto shops not many other restaurants. But it is a quick drive to North Chesterfield town center.

Value for money
I think the Pho 60 Cafe is a very good value for your money. They food is fantastic and very affordably priced. I would not suggest ordering a smoothie though because they are somewhat pricy though on par with other businesses and not that great. Stick with the food it’s amazing!
